Service as Action
Service as Action in MYP 4-5 integrates academic learning with community engagement, fostering empathy and social responsibility.
Students identify local or global needs, plan purposeful projects, and reflect on their impact, cultivating a sense of civic duty.
In the DP, this groundwork transitions into CAS (Creativity, Activity, Service), a core component emphasizing experiential learning.
Both frameworks equip students with leadership skills and a commitment to global citizenship, preparing them for meaningful societal impact.
Community Projects
Community projects engage students in collaborative activities, addressing real-world issues – such as climate change and nature species preservation – and promoting collective problem-solving, enabling them to make tangible contributions to their local and global communities.
